So at the age of nearly 31 (2 days to go and counting), I've decided I need to pull my finger out my ass and do something about the few things in my life that really bug me.

1. My weight
2. Biting my nails
3. SMOKING

So there you have it. I've named this blog turning over a whole forest for a reason. Cause in my case turning over one single leaf just won't do!!!
